Olympic Athletes of Russia -- OAR

Russia, the country, was banned from these games for drug use. Those athletes that weren't caught up in the scandal, and that tested clean, are being allowed to compete as OAR, under the Olympic flag, and with the Olympic anthem played at any medal ceremony.
