Yes (inside)

This was many years but yes BBB worked with me pretty well.
In the end Amazon ponied up basically store credit - I think $25 or so.
But I said my peace and got a some small compensation.

I'd also recommend writing a letter to Dell's corporate headquarters. Sure, it is a long-shot but be persistent.

Two cases for me:
1) Budget rent a car f'd up a reservation for me. At the last second I had to rent from Enterprise. I called, wrote letters, etc - eventually got the whole Enterprise cost refunded to me.
2) Hampton Inn - double billed me but took forever to fix. I wrote 2-3 letters to corporate complaining about the whole experience and they refunded me my whole hotel stay cost.
