If/when I get pissed enough, I'm pretty relentless. Look up the name of
a few corporate bigwigs, IE, the level below the CEO focused on Marketing, Customer Service and/or Production.
Then since those people's emails aren't generally published, look up some random person in the company to see how their email is structured. Let's pretend it [email protected].
So now you send the email complaint to the bigwigs you looked up, using the address structure you know they use. I've even done some multiple sends - ie, if the VP I wanted to reach was Jon Public, I'd send to Jonathan.Public and Jon.Public.
Be nice in your complaint email. Lay out the issue, how you HAVE tried to solve it with their normal customer service line, how they did NOT address it, how you're pissed, and how and when you'll complain (social media, BBB, Attorney General, etc.)
I've resorted to this 3 or 4 times, and EVERY TIME had an answer within 2 hours, and then some compensation or problem fix within the day.
