There were also more people on that walkway than it was originally intended


Problem was there was a party in the atrium, and people were just congregating on the suspended walkways. They were designed for people to walk to where they were going, not for thousands of people to just stand there.

But yeah, without the installation change, those walkways probably still would have held.

This bridge was not being used for something other than its intended design. It wasn't even in use yet.
