There is a refurb group in GA. that does a decent job...@Will Stewart

I know a few folks who have purchased from them. They all are either still going strong, or did. The key to the Vics are the rear ends. Make sure you get one that has already been replaced. The 11's were really bad. I think the place in GA is Brannen Police Vehicles or something very similar to that. Good luck!
Side note...my favorite was the Caprice LT1's in the mid-late 90's. Man they were fast!!
