Whoever designed the HRBT should be shot. Westbound the road curves hard

Left at the entrance to the tunnel causing dumb people already likely to brake on tunnel entry to slam on their brakes because they also can't see around the bend.

Even when moving smoothly, average speed westbound is 45 MPH.
