Pretty much.

While it isn’t something I condone or will ever allow my own kids do I cut 45 pounds in 6 weeks my sophomore year of high school. I was supposed to go 160, but the freshman at 145 gained a bunch of weight after Super 32 and couldnt rely on him to stay at the weight. In shady form I missed the initial fat percentage test due to football because we went to the post season and of course because I wouldn’t have qualified to lose that much weight.

As a growing high school kid who was already in very good shape I cut 45 pounds. So honestly a lot is possible, but I think 25 pounds is the max that I think is suitable now that I’m older and wiser.
