Why the PAC aint in Nevada...

The new stadium in Las Vegas will be incredible. But that doesn't make the Runnin' Rebels a good investment for the PAC. Chances are, UNLV won't be able to afford to play their home games in the new facility. 2017 season attendance for their six (yeah six) home games averaged 17,000. None of those games surpassed the 20,000 mark. Is that enough to keep the lights on and run the high tech video screens? Is that enough to suppoprt the vendors, security, and cleanup in a mega-stadium? BTW, the revenue from concessions, parking, and a big chunk of the gate will certainly be going to the Raiders. If the Rebels get to play in the new stadium, it will be a very generous act of charity by the Raiders. None of the parties will make money on it.
The PAC could possibly increase their TV revenue by adding blue-bloods, Texas and Oklahoma. Any other programs they might add from the western states, would simply make things worse.
