I have a concept rower. I'm not completely sold on it.


I know they always say rowing is a great overall workout.

I run everyday. 3 1/2 miles. I take off maybe 5 days/year. 35 years I've done this. Run at a 7 minute mile clip.
I got a rower at discount from a neighbor who's a trainer.
When I do a workout, I feel I'm working my shoulders, legs, and butt. But when I'm done, I'm not sweating/exhausted nearly as much as when I run. I just don't "feel" like I'm burning as much as when I run. I do like the little computer calculator you can play with. I really just use it when my legs are hurting from running, but mostly it sits in my garage.
