Its not a good idea to stick the tranny in neutral and roll, wear and tear


on the tranny. The driveshafts are still moving when rolling even if the tranny is in neutral. That is why they say to disconnect the driveshaft of the axle on the ground. It does not hurt the axle to spin though.
