I would expect there to be at least 1 yellow card shown today


for stalling. If both teams are trying to end up as the #2 seed, then I wouldn't expect either team to receive a yellow on a slide tackle. Depending on how many yellows separate the 2 teams, England may not receive enough to end up tied with Belgium.
