I'm an idiot (inside)

Went for a bike ride yesterday ~1pm. I knew it was hot and I've ridden many time with heat index > 100 and never had a problem.

About 1/2 into my ride was sweating like ungodly pig. And then I started having trouble breathing - not too bad but clearly struggling and unable to catch my breath. Headed home slowly - more labored breathing, little disoriented.

Made it inside and felt nauseous but luckily didn't throw up.
Drank tons of liquids and felt better after a few hours later.

And yes, I plan to fully stand right over fireworks on Wednesday as I light them :)
