I had a heat stroke a few years ago after dominating a basketball court

Drive home and started feeling all tingly on my left side and was having a really hard time breathing. Stopped at 7-11 for gatorade and my legs felt like I had 900lb ankle weights on. Luckily I'm so jacked that I was able to walk to and from my car. By the time I got home and was walking into my building my brother was waiting for me and saw me grabbing my chest and gasping for air. Luckily I managed to finish that gatorade and make a stiff Jack & Ginger and felt great within a few hours. Went to the doctor a few days later and he said "Yeah, that's a heat stroke. Be sure to hydrate better next time."
