Did you make sure you were well hydrated before even going out?


You may have started out with a bit of a deficit. I always drink a big glass of water before exercise, more if going outside in hot weather. Check the color of your urine to make sure it's not too dark. I take a couple of 32oz bottles on my rides, and plan for intermediate water stops if needed. And here in Texas, I get my rides in early in the AM this time of year.
