relied upon for legal advice. Something I am constantly having to remind my clients. LOL I don't know WHY they ask the accountant legal questions. I had one wanted me to look over a lease agreement. I was all, "it looks pretty much like a standard lease to me, but you should consult your attorney if you have questions. I'm not a lawyer and cannot be relied upon for legal advice."

Personally, I'd consult an attorney before ever moving on something like that.
