I don't get why that's such a dumb question...


AEP posts updates on their website during outages about when they expect the power to be restored. I understand that not every power company will post that info, but some do.

Is it dumb because the person doesn't know how to check on the AEP (or whatever) website for that info? I'll give someone a pass on that, as they might not know exactly where to find those maps and info on the AEP site.
