It is a true split


Same symbol - 10 times more shares at 1/10 price.

Just new investors - I can add money - that might affect some existing investors when they see price, but I can get partial shares - have often just added whole dollar amounts, so that shouldn't matter.

All in qualified money, so for me no taxable event.

Don't know about redemption of partial shares, never taken any out of the IRA - was assuming I could move out whole dollar amounts when time comes, but logically that makes sense.
