Yep, I'm aware! The sugar industry has paid a fortune to discredit


substitutes and paint them as turrible. And any stats can be interpreted a zillion ways. I love the studies that conclude .....More study is needed (that is "Give us a bigger grant and we'll continue to research"!!)
