Yep and I'm not honestly sure they have an easement under the lines either.


At my old house the county, the DEP and the EPC all had riparian easements on the lake. This one doesn't have anything listed at all on the plat. I called today to check the specifics and got referred to their real estate division. I'm sure I'll hear back in a few weeks :rolleyes:
