There have been NHL players charged criminally. Everybody makes mistakes.

This guy’s mistake in judgement was caught in video and he is suffering some pretty severe consequences. I’m not a “throw the book at ‘em” person in most cases. Especially when there hasn’t been a pattern of such behavior.
