Work time sheet question. Does this exist? Or you can write the app and

make a million.

I have an employee that cannot keep up on their time sheet.

Is there a way I can lock all functions (email, word, excel, everything) on the computer until they log into a billable item on their time sheet? Time sheet is currently in excel by the way.
