I just got out from a meeting on the same problem. I needed to see

what different level employees could see on our software (Ajera). SO I asked a guy to open ot up. I then said, "Oh, look who hasn't filled in any time this week!".

It has been a topic over the last few weeks. I need to know what he bills every day or two. Not next Monday morning when he catches up and I'm too busy to .help.
