Most presses are broken in the middle. Either by the method you mentioned,


or dribbling up the middle of the court, and avoiding the traps in the corners. What I like about the women's game is they players are usually fundamentally sound. Today, Brooks coached like it was the 3rd quarter for a football game. He's also too placid. He should put in the effort like his players do. Sending film to the league will do no good, and his lack of fight for his players can damage team unity. As a former hs coach, there are times you just have to get a technical, to show your players you've got their backs. Blatant nepotism is not a pretty look either.
