I find few if any redeeming qualities about Orlando

Theme parks - one-day tickets now north of $100 and they're packed year-round now
Beaches - only close to the Atlantic side where the sharks are and the water is colder
I-4 - approaching Beltway status (congested night and day and few viable alternatives)
Weather - winter is shorter every year and no ocean breezes to ease the insane summer heat
Critters - bugs definitely don't leave you alone (skeeters in particular), and run-ins with gators, snakes, bears, coyotes, etc. are increasing as the city expands

Good to hear education is improving, and entertainment options (concerts, dining, etc.) are definitely a plus. But no way in hell I'd ever live in that town.
