We tend to look at the worst....such as abuse. But tend to brush aside what i think is important, divorce.
When you realize that a parent divorce is considered an adverse childhood experience, then its not shocking that "nearly half" of kids have an ACE.
Again, not saying this isnt a big deal or that any of these adverse things arent a big deal....i just want to make sure we dont take extreme examples of things and assume thats the average, if you will.
