Even though it had the support of the Mayor and Gov, weren't they


starting to feel the "heat" from the protests? So they may be not "happy" from a financial standpoint (money down the drain), but I wonder if they have a different opinion from a political standpoint. Sometimes those 2 viewpoints may be in conflict with each other.
