I have been all over the world, every continent except Antarctica. Walked around all these cities at 1am, and I have come to the following conclusion.

In most countries, the cops are major hard asses and the prisons rough. If you go to a nice part of town, and cause problems, look out. Your ass will be beat by the cops. Most other countries are way more old school in their treatment of dirtbags. Honestly, Oakland, where I lived for 12 years, is the roughest place I have ever been to.
