I have been a USAA customer for 30 years and rarely had any issues ...

in fact, I think they have been outstanding better than 95% of the time. I have several investments through them as well as homeowners, life, and auto insurance. To me they are one of the few remaining companies with outstanding customer service. Obviously others have had different experiences.
