Because people break the rules, man!

I rarely have to do the car line, but I did last month and every single parent was properly lined up on the right side, allowing cars passing by to do so on the left of the line, except one car. It parked on the left side, at the front of the line, forcing any vehicles with kids to squeeze between her and the cars on the right. Slowed everything down, especially for people with the giant, honkin trucks. Idiot.
