My son liked to ride the bus but his two sisters hated it. My wife would complain about having to wait in line but insisted on driving them due to safety concerns. We were the last pick up in mornings & first drop off in afternoons. I suggested she wait at the bus stop with them if she was worried & she (plus her two younger clones) just looked at me like I was from Mars. On the few occasions I had to take them I would drop them off near school and make them walk so I could avoid the lines. The two clones said it was against the school rules to do this & refused to get out of the car. I threatened to do something that would embarrass them in front of everyone so they begrudgingly got out.
