My perception is


Recruiting and evaluation of more savy players is my ultimate need to see. Plus can he fit the pieces of puzzle correctly? From here moving foward hopefully attrition will be good and not opposite.

Imho the man can coach. He's been hampered by injuries, not enough athletic Acc type players, and having only one pure shooter.

Next year could be down year. Due to youth . Interestingly, will be just what ceiling the new girls have. Ultimately they are future of VT Wbb.
