Concur, and some folks expectations of VT program is wacky


When Brooks came in, he was faced with a terrible program. All experts recognized that VT did not have an ACC level program. There was no culture of ACC excellence, and players were marginal and no real player... development. TO fix it doesn't take only 2 years, but frankly its longer... much longer... Brooks is a great coach, and Madison (take away VT lense) has aewonderful reputation nationally for women's basketball.

Another group of VT, treats the ACC like the A 10. NO ACC is one of the leading women's basketball programs in the nation. To EVEN compete as top 10 is tough, need to transform the programs's culture, get much better players and win. I see Brooks getting there.
