The easiest to change is #4


If you don't currently smoke, don't start!!!! Don't even Vape! Just don't do it!

Although far from easy, if you smoke, quit!!!!! See a doctor, get nicotine patches, whatever it takes to break free! Don't wait for tomorrow, do it today. My dad smoked Camel no-filters for ~35 years, and finally quit. Unfortunately the damage had already been done. He died of a massive heart attack about 8 years later when he was ~65...his first & last heart attack.

The other ones you can control are #5 & #6. These also aren't easy, but you can make changes. Hopefully working on those will save you from (Type II) #1.

As for #2 & #3, see your doctor ASAP and get your numbers down!

Call your friends and family regularly! Hug your kids daily! You never know what might happen tomorrow.
