Get the dog to the vet hospital. If you are in Va, the vet school

at Tech is phenomenal. They will work with you. Tell your wife that the pup is part of your family. I personally will do the same for my pets as I will for my kids. My 18-year-old cat had a cabinet fall on her hind leg. It broke in 3 places. The Tech vet school did surgery and put a rod and pin in. She lived for almost 4 more years, which was a true blessing because my husband died 6 weeks after Lexi’s surgery was done. Lexi was my cuddle bug and getting through the loss of my spouse would have been MUCH more difficult without her.
