love to have seen Bran seeing more in the future and actually working to change something to the benefit of the kingdom.. Anything.... even if he wasn't supposed to, it might have lent a bit of credibility to him being named king.

And the night king's cohorts were severely underutilized. All the build-up about their importance and they just... evaporate. They should have had some episodes were assassins were sent into the north to try and get him. they had centuries to try. Maybe its in the books.
