I've done it....and i've found that it's


way too overkill and won't actually build any significant muscle mass.

If you keep up with it, you will lose body fat for sure. But 6 days a week for an average of over an hour? It doesn't really do anything but "tone" and burn fat.

If that's what you are after, you can do it much easier with a bunch of HIIT sessions per week and throw in a few days of dumbbell and body weight training.

My recommendation, do it for a month just to get your cardio endurance back and lose a quick 5-10 lbs (with diet obviously).

Then just do 3-4 days of heavy lifting.
