Just changed gyms to LA FITNESS from my old gym that closed up. I


was shocked by the difference in overhead presses from the solid bar at the old gym to the split bar in the new one where each arm is taxed separately. Thought I was doing really well with the old one, but soon realized the left arm was doing most of the work. The separate arms soon showed that the right shoulder replacement 2 years ago will probably never be the same as the other. I was also shocked to find push ups which used to be not so bad are nearly impossible now with the position of the shoulder at start. Tough getting old, but we do what we can:)
