Put gravity to work for you.


Make sure you sit/stand upright for a couple hours after eating (no couch or recliners..........or slouching in the arm chair)). Elevate the head of your bed 6-8 inches.
Never had a bad case of it. But had a mild case a couple years ago, and these were the tips the doc suggested.
