I think it's similar to the discussion yesterday about political debate
Basically, you can find facts to support just about any position you want. It's just a matter of which facts you pick and which ones you ignore. The full picture is more likely a combination of facts that are not always complimentary.
The human body is complex. Our nutrition, environment, and external stressors are complex. Just take in as much information as you can and find what works for you and your health. And always look at who sponsors the medical studies to see if there are any agendas (buy more meat, buy more milk, drink more special filtered water, buy this medicine, etc.)
