Linked. I know there has been much debate whether eggs effect your cholesterol. It’s like a pendulum that swings back & forth between good & bad. The last I’ve read was you need to keep the yolks to less then a few a week if your cholesterol is high. Then of course you have to consider your ratio of HDL, LDL & Triglycerides also weight.
