I’ve heard if you live long enough you will eventually get cancer. I guess


It’s a way of your body wearing out. Some people just get a shorter straw from the draw due to no fault of their own. The biggest lifestyle changes to prevent cancer are obviously don’t smoke, that’s a no brained. Don’t over eat. Overweight people are more likely to get cancer. Exercise is always a good thing. I personally believe a positive attitude is a healthy way to live. Breath in the good air & breathe out the bad in every breath & just believe your body is healthy and you’ll feel better.
