Simple analysis regarding diet

I used to know all these facts by heart, but if you go back to 1900, cancer is maybe #20 on leading causes of death in the USA. CDC.gov has these stats, by year.

The USDA has stats on average lbs consumed of ag products by year. Americans have gone from eating 100lbs a beef a year to 200lbs. Cheese, eggs, sugar all have similar doublings or more. Cheese is like 8x if I remember correctly.

Then, read about IGF-1, insulin growth factor one, and how everyone with prostate, breast or colorectal cancer have high rates of the IGF-1 hormone. It is clear as a bell that people just eat too damn much, especially these highly rich foods. The average person today has the same diet as a king 200 years ago, and guess what, they die of the same diseases of the kings of past; cancer and heart disease.

The truth will set you free.
