I’m 66 and have ridden literally thousands of miles . Touring, recreation,

Racing (pfffft!), exercise, exploring. More important than the seat is the way your bike fits and your riding style and the angulation of the seat. There are seats designed to relieve that pressure but unless it is adjusted properly it is worthless. Most of your pressure should be on your butt bones and not on your nether regions. All good advice below but bike fit is the ticket. Lots of good YouTube resources for do it yourself and just play with different setups ( tool kit is not expensive or hard!). Or pay a bike shop to help you.... and then tinker.
Good shorts with a lining help..... chamois butter ( butt butter) can help.... weight loss can help.... good seat can help....
But bike fit/seat adjustment is the ticket.
