Suggestions on where to buy a ChromeBook? For my daughter. Her school


uses Chromebooks, she's going into 8th grade, so I'm avoiding a full fledged laptop and just keeping her compatible with school work.

Actually, I know plenty of places where I can buy one, but I'm having trouble finding a site where I can customize it a bit. Amazon has plenty, but it's like buying off the shelf. What if I do want extra Ram or the step up in screen size. I assume any live retail place is going to be the same.

Also, any recommendations on brand/model? My first swing through at research has me leaning towards Asus.

DEFINITELY under $400, prefer under $300.
