Would say that's a good deal, and I build my own computers.


A little surprised they didn't go with a larger SSD because they're cheap now.

For my current build, I went with an i7 and a 1 TB SSD & 16 meg RAM. I bought a case, but had the power supply. I think my price was ~$1,100. Hoped to keep it under $1K, but upgraded the processor and video card...

That I9 processor is smoking hot! Might be the best on the market, and is probably ~$150 more than what I paid for my "high end" I7. The video card is at least $200 more than what I paid for mine too. Throw in the keyboard, and the cost of my power supply, and that deal looks even better.

Overall I would say that's a better deal than my current machine, and I spent a bit of time shopping for the best price on individual components.
