After taking a look at some of their other sales, I think there are better


Other than the last one, these don't have the CPU liquid cooler, but I don't think that's a big deal unless you are going to overclock.

https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/READY-TO-SHIP-GAMER-SUPREME-ET9925 mostly just steps down the CPU (better balance) and saves you $200 while putting in a vastly superior intel SSD (https://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/WD-Green-240GB-2018-vs-Intel-660p-NVMe-PCIe-M2-512GB/m377351vsm557263)

https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/READY-TO-SHIP-GAMER-SUPREME-ET9931 puts in a slightly better gpu with a slightly lesser CPU (better balance in my opinion) while also having the better intel SSD and a little cheaper.

https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/READY-TO-SHIP-GAMER-SUPREME-ET9928 has a 1TB intel SSD, the cheaper i7, brings back the liquid cooler, 2070 (slightly better graphics) and is $100 cheaper

Ultimately, I'd look for one with an intel SSD, an i7, the 2070 Super GPU, and then decide if you want a liquid cooler.
