I'm kinda aware of all that, even stopped taking a teaspoon of sugar w/tea

type stuff. have a stack of sardine tins in the cabinet, one meal might be sardines/can of black beans/ etc. etc. Like BG suggest need 60 days without any backsliding. For example, there was a Greek Festival up the hill yesterday, and bought two Baklavas for desert. Already eaten one, fought off the other for lunch today. Do eat oatmeal pretty much every morning.

But yeah, maybe a heroic 60 days could do it then after that, maintain (like I seem to be doing now at 203)
