Pipe dope??


Agree on the plumbing DIY as we age. It’s not hard, just painful. Having the proper tools helps too. I have a special wrench for reaching in between the sink & wall where there’s only a couple of inches. Most of the sinks I’ve done in last 5 years just snap vs screw. (I’m a slum lord in my other life).

I get pissed at the cheap shutoff valves the builders use. I just shutoff at the street now. Can never get the cheap ones to completely shutoff.
