Wowzaaa, just read after working all day. I didn't say we shouldn't have

both Govmnt Programs AND Private programs such as Dunn's. Just meant that Dunn's could be more efficient and more personal...... giving a more "feel good" result.
Filter tax money through the layers of bureaucracy to get to "housing" and you won't get as much "bang for the buck". Doesn't mean those Government efforts aren't needed.
And evidently this got SDHokie Fired up......sorry. Have fun in France.
