I'm definitely going to see it in theaters, though I admit I am more

excited for The Mandalorian on Disney+ than I am the end of the Skywalker saga... Bringing back Palpatine/the emperor seems kind of lazy and like we are destined for another retread of the original trilogy story similar to what Abrams gave us with Episode 7...

I mean, Palpatine is back, the star destroyer raising from the ocean, another desert island similar to Return of the Jedi - I will love the light saber duels and get pumped for the action, curious to see how they bring it all together with Rey but I think we will get more original and well thought out story telling from the series which appears similar in scope and tone to Rogue 1, which is probably the best of the newer Star Wars films.
